Shipping Policy – Buy Vape Singapore

At Buy Vape Singapore, we want your vaping experience to be seamless from checkout to delivery. Our shipping policy ensures your disposable vape Singapore or other Singapore vapes reach you safely and efficiently.

1. Delivery Area

  • We only deliver to Singapore. Orders from outside Singapore will not be processed or delivered.
  • Additional Charges for Remote Areas: We provide island-wide delivery for SGD $20 per parcel. For Tuas, Changi, and Sentosa, an extra SGD $10 applies.

2. Delivery Method

  • All orders are delivered by our dedicated team.
  • We do not offer express or same-day delivery on request. However, you can leave a note during checkout, and we’ll try to accommodate your preferred delivery time when confirming your order.

3. Delivery Schedule

Our flexible delivery slots are designed for your convenience:

  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Orders placed before 2:00 PM)
  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Orders placed before 5:00 PM)

📌 Orders placed after cut-off times will be scheduled for the next available slot or the following day.
📌 For safety, all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please note: While we try to accommodate time preferences, drivers plan routes based on multiple orders, so specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery Fee: SGD $20 per order.
  • Discounted Delivery: Orders over SGD $200 receive delivery for SGD $15 per parcel.
  • Free Delivery: Orders of 20 products or more qualify for free delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • For safety, our drivers will contact you via WhatsApp before delivery and again 10–15 minutes prior to arrival.
  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but you can leave a note for drivers to try accommodating your request.

6. Special Situations

  • Damaged Products: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat *@JoeyStudio08*.
  • Lost or Delayed Orders: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Weather or Unforeseen Events: Delivery continues Monday–Sunday; in case of force majeure, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

7. Receiving Your Order

  • Standard Delivery: Customers are required to meet the driver to collect the parcel (COD).
  • Doorstep Service: Please inform our seller in advance if you need the driver to deliver to your door.
  • Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: We will arrange a redelivery on the following day.
