When Can You Exchange Your Product?

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • Your device cannot be used or charged
  • You received a leaking product
  • You received an incorrect item (not what you ordered)

Simply contact us on WhatsApp, explain your issue, and provide a short video showing the problem. We’ll handle your exchange quickly and efficiently.

Exchange Timeframes

  • Devices: If your device cannot be smoked or charged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement the next day.
  • Disposable Vapes / Pods: If you encounter issues, please provide proof within 2 weeks of receiving your order. After 2 weeks, we will not be able to process exchanges.

Exchange Conditions

  • Original Packaging: Not required
  • Invoice / Order Number: Not required
  • Used Products: Allowed – we understand some issues can only be discovered after first use

Shipping and Additional Costs

  • For Devices, we cover the shipping for exchanges.
  • For Disposable Vapes and Pods, exchanges can be arranged for your next order.
  • If you prefer an immediate exchange, a SGD $20 delivery fee applies.

Processing Time

Exchanges are usually processed within 1-2 days after receiving your proof of the issue.

Special Situations

  • Damaged or Wrong Products: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, and we will arrange a replacement the next day.
  • Authenticity: All products sold on Buy Vape Singapore are 100% original and authentic. No need to worry about counterfeit products.
